SmartPref™ provides the most efficient pairings in the shortest run times. The use of dynamic memory allows the application to continually rebuild the best solution based on the data that is available at that moment.
SmartPref™ uses a hosted provider model. Your application runs on our secure servers and is maintained by us. There are no complex networking tasks or hardware expenses to be incurred. There are few internal requirements beyond connectivity and your required authentication and internet / extranet integration. There are no software requirements. Data Transport is performed using standard SOAP Web Services. System status is available via the web. You certainly can run the application in-house on your servers, should you choose to do so.
All data displayed during the Run Time is current and live. The System Administration interface allows for continual updates to the parameters. Any changes made here are immediately reflected in the available criteria in the users interface. Reports are available via the included crewmember and System Administration interfaces. The data and all results are available for viewing or reporting via the GUI interface at all times. System Status and crewmember logs are available via the web.
The SmartPref™ engine continuously scans the latest bid information and returns actual awards as if the bid had closed. There is no waiting for results. We use a Continuous Build process.
Auditing is not an afterthought in SmartPref™. An audit reason is displayed during each bid a crewmember makes. There is no reason to wait until the solution is run at the end of the bidding process to distribute audit reports. This provides the crewmember with the knowledge to bid for trips that are legal, and all but eliminates after the fact auditing and reason report dissatisfaction.
