SmartPref™ is accessible to crewmembers wherever they're able to access the Internet. You'll never have to download any special software because SmartPref will run in Internet Explorer with only the current Flash plug-in.

The near real-time interaction of the Graphical User Interface gives crewmembers a clear visual snapshot of the status of their bids. No more cryptic strings of characters. No more blind bidding.

Interaction
The Graphical User Interface makes it easy to visualize the current status of any bid. SmartPref™ allows crewmembers to have up to 4 bid scenarios running at the same time. The crewmember can watch their bids evolve dynamically over time based on the hundreds or thousands of other bids being placed. The GUI will show if the choices made earlier are still available and how the bid may have changed. All the while, SmartPref™ is working for the crewmember to evaluate the best combination of their choices. This allows the crewmember to modify their bids to get the schedule they want.

A mouse click away
Using a few mouse clicks, the crewmember can play around with their bid scenarios, moving a day here or adding a trip there, or changing a priority of one of their 4 Bid scenarios. They can tailor their bid to the up-to-the minute available trips and days off. With just a click they can see how their new bid fairs using ordinal, combinatorial, or backup methodology.
